The Miller Dynasty 800 TIGRunner is a heavy-duty 800-amp AC/DC inverter welder designed for the most demanding industrial applications, including heavy fabrication, aluminum ship repair, aerospace, pipe and tube welding, and anodized aluminum fabrication. This complete package includes the Dynast,y 800 welder, a Coolmate 4 PRO water cooler, and a running gear cart, giving you everything you need for high-production TIG welding.

With 800 amps of output power, the Dynasty 800 can TIG weld aluminum up to a full inch thick in a single pass, making it the ideal choice for heavy plate fabrication and structural aluminum work. The machine operates on either single-phase or three-phase power from 208 to 600 volts, and Miller’s Auto-Line technology automatically adjusts for any input voltage without manual linking. This means you can take it anywhere in the world and plug it in with confidence.

Advanced Control for Precision Welding

The Dynasty 800 features a large 7-inch LCD display with a simplified user interface that makes setup and navigation easy. The Pro-Set feature automatically configures welding parameters based on your material and process, reducing setup time and eliminating guesswork. For experienced welders, manual mode allows full customization of all welding parameters.

The AC TIG capabilities are exceptional, with adjustable balance from 30% to 99% and frequency from 20 to 400 Hz. This gives you precise control over oxide cleaning and arc cone shape, essential for high-quality welds on aluminum. Advanced AC waveforms let you shape the arc to match the joint and material. For DC TIG welding on exotic metals like titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel, the Dynasty 800 offers pulse TIG from 0.1 to 5,000 PPS, with QuitePulse technology that significantly reduces pulse chatter for an exceptionally smooth arc.

Built to Last and Perform

The Dynasty 800 is built for the harshest industrial environments. Wind Tunnel Technology protects internal electronic components from airborne contaminants, extending the life of the machine. The Fan-On-Demand cooling system runs only when needed, reducing noise, energy consumption, and the intake of shop dust. The integrated Cooler Power Supply (CPS) provides a dedicated receptacle for the Coolmate 4 PRO water cooler, which is included.

The program memory function lets you name, save, and recall favorite weld settings, ensuring consistent quality even when different operators use the machine. Auto-Postflow adjusts shielding gas post-flow time based on amperage, protecting your tungsten without manual adjustment.

How to Use Your New Welder

Connect the primary cord to your available power source (single or three-phase, 208-600V), and Auto-Line handles the rest. Fill the Coolmate 4 PRO water cooler with coolant and connect the cooling lines to your TIG torch. Connect your torch, shielding gas, and ground cable. Use the 7-inch display to select your process (AC TIG, DC TIG, Pulsed TIG, or Stick). For AC TIG welding on aluminum, adjust balance and frequency based on material thickness and desired weld characteristics. Pro-Set can suggest parameters, or you can set them manually. The cart keeps everything organized and mobile, so you can move the system around the shop as needed.
