How to Use Your New Welder

Getting started is straightforward. Connect the primary cord to your available power source (single or three-phase, 208-600V), and the Auto-Line technology handles the rest. Fill the water cooler with the included coolant and connect the TIG torch cooling lines. Attach the Weldcraft W-375 torch to the front panel, connect your shielding gas, and set your gas flow. Use the 7-inch display to select your process (AC TIG, DC TIG, Pulsed TIG, or Stick), and either let Pro-Set suggest parameters or dial in your own settings in manual mode. For AC TIG welding, adjust the balance and frequency to match your aluminum thickness and desired weld characteristics. The wireless foot control gives you full amperage control without the hassle of cables.
